To be eligible, items must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, and free of damage. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to make sure your experience with Voyna19 feels just right.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags, security tags, and brand labels must remain attached and in their original position.

Original packaging must be included.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
*** For orders delivered by courier, customers are kindly requested to check the fit while the courier is waiting. If you choose to accept and confirm the order, it will be considered final, and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted thereafter.
Once an eligible returned item is received and approved by our team, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us via email info@voyna19.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund accordingly.
